Sensei Mike Rowan is comming

To all members,

On saturday 24 april we have invited Sensei Mike Rowan, 7^e dan, and instructor of the WJJF England. He will teach that afternoon between 14u. and 17u. about and with weapons, also he will show us some excercises on how to use these weapons in real situations. This training will be open to everyone, sunday 25 april Sensei Rowan will teach our members who follow Ju-Jitsu only.

Minimum age is 14 years. Knowledge is not needed, all you need to be is interested. So come join us and get to know another part of budo. This training will be held above the gym of the atheneum of Hoboken on the Distelvinklaan. Entrance and parking ( for the gym ) via the Krijgsbaan.

To help us with some of the costs we ask each participator a fee of €5. Insurance is covered offcourse. If you would like to participate then bring your fee with you to one of our training sessions.

Hopefully we can expect a lot of people to this special training session.
